Who We Are
We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise someone and create a better future for them.
Verde Campo Youth Foundation Limited, operating as Greenfield Youth Foundation, is a Christ-centered, children, women, and youth-focused non-profit organization based in Ndola, Zambia. The foundation exists to change communities by empowering children, women, and young people through education, sports, mentorship, discipleship, leadership development, and sustainable community initiatives.
The Organization, primarily serves youths, women, and children from undeserved communities, creating structured pathways that support discipline, character formation, confidence, skills development, and long-term opportunity.
We believe that when young people are given the right environment, guidance, and exposure, they can transform their own lives and positively impact their families and communities. Faith, integrity, accountability, service, and community ownership are embedded across all programs and leadership practices.
We now run farm, training, mentorship, academic programs, and a reasonable mess that help such needy young people. We also have our helpline offices spread throughout the country so one can approach us anytime they need help.

Whether it is a reassuring conversation, financial help, education, professional training, or simply the assurance that they are not alone, we will make sure that everyone gets support that meets them where they’re at as quickly as possible.
Our Vision
To change communities through education, sports, agriculture, mentoring, and discipleship, by providing platforms that enable people to identify, develop, and showcase their talents, and to realize their full potentials.
Our entire team wants to see a world where every youngster struggling in any way feels able to reach out and has people who’ll help them with education, training, empowerment, jobs, and more. We want to spread out in every region so we’ll be reachable to all.
